Our Rooms Division Manager Mrs. Gialitaki, completing her diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management, started her career in Incoming Tourism Agencies where she was creating tailormade experiences according to guests’ needs based in Greece.
Since she knew that the most interesting part of her job was the communication and the customer service, she chose to move to hotel chains in Crete, in the front & back office.
Today, she leads, controls and supervises the front desk, guest services, housekeeping as well as the reservations department in Castello Infinity Suites. Her main goal is to warmly welcome you and ensure a unique Cretan experience combined with your remarkable stay with us.
